Our Orthotic Grinder Attachment Kit is designed to adapt to standard 16mm and 5/8" bench grinder units. The components are designed to allow for post-CNC machining hand finishing of EVA orthoses, as well as the adjustment of 3D printed and polypropylene orthoses. This kit is perfect for you if you already have a dust extraction and bench grinder setup, but feel that your dust extraction and ease of orthosis adjustments can be improved with more ergonomically designed attachments.

Is my existing grinding system compatible with this kit?
Our dust shrouds have a number of locating holes for connection to a variety of bench grinding systems. Send us some information about your grinding system and we can let you know if our dust shrouds are adaptable.
How do I connect my dust shrouds?
If you are using a standard grinding system you will first need to remove all attachments. The shrouds connect using bolts correctly sized for the thread specifications of your grinding system. If you have purchased a grinding system from PodCAM Supplies then we will provide you detailed instructions if you are purchasing this unit as an individual item.
Can you help me setup my grinding system?
We only provide installation services locally in Adelaide, Australia. We can assist interstate and international customers with written instructions and advice.
