Our Pre-Cut EVA blanks are manufactured specifically for use in orthotic manufacture. They have been manufactured with high quality materials and low amounts of filler materials. This leads to incredibly good results under load and long lasting custom foot orthoses.
LaserCAM Orthotics recommends purchasing this product for use with their CADCAM system for foot orthotic manufacture.

What is Toe-Capped?
A Toe-Capped blank has some material at the forefoot removed to make it easier for your CNC router to machine quickly and safely. It is generally recommended for all purchases unless you have a band-saw on-site that allows you to toe-cap yourself.
Can I order a custom-cut blank?
Yes, you can order a custom-cut blank. Please include information in your order comments regarding the specific dimensions of your custom-cut blank.
Please note, your custom-cut blank cannot exceed the dimensions 33cm x 11.2cm without incurring an additional charge.
